The California Travel Association (CalTIA) is holding its 27th annual Conference on Tourism (COT) in Newport Beach this week, June 22 through June 24. Ideas for bolstering the state’s lucrative – and currently extremely necessary – tourism industry will be discussed and debated.The conference is the largest tourism industry gathering in the state, bringing together travel and tourism professionals throughout California in multiple facets of the tourism field. In order to provide a forum for industry leaders and professional to discuss new trends, develop further knowledge and education regarding the current state of the market and cultivate relationships in order to further the health of California tourism through collective strength.
