Irvine-based OC Residential’s team of real estate brokers has launched a new website for buyers interested in purchasing a home in San Clemente. The website, SanClementeCoastalLiving.com, will serve as an online venue for homebuyers to learn about on the real estate market. Prospective buyers and sellers looking into the San Clemente real estate market will be able to research homes, condos and rentals for sale in the area known as the “Spanish Village By The Sea.”

Neighborhoods in the coastal Orange County city include Central San Clemente, Coast District, Forster Ranch, Marblehead, Marblehead Coastal, North San Clemente, Rancho San Clemente, Southeast San Clemente, Southwest San Clemente and Talega.

“OC Residential is a team of highly skilled specialists dedicated to knowledge, exceptional communication, and customer satisfaction,” said Mike Ciampa, broker and owner of OC Residential. “Our mission is to consistently exceed a client’s expectations by providing a sophisticated web-based informational resource for both buyers and sellers supported by consultative real estate services from community specialists,” he added.

Along with interior and exterior photos of the San Clemente home or condo for sale, the website also provides information on the floor plan and layout, price range, home size, and other important property details.  Users may also search for more specific property features such as finding a San Clemente estate in gated communities, located on or near golf courses, one for senior living, or one with an ocean view terrace and beachfront.  Featured on the website in addition to the properties for sale are blogs pertaining to the real estate industry, as well as some information on the San Clemente lifestyle, including its local schools, dining and entertainment selections, community activities and shopping destinations.
