Mooney, who has served as an outside general counsel for Too Faced Cosmetics Inc., concentrates her skills within trademark, copyright, new media and internet law, with a focus on U.S. and international intellectual property and corporate matters. She has also worked in the field of action sports while managing sponsorship and endorsement contracts for Boost Mobile. Berstein is a well-established trial lawyer who has represented clients in litigation matters for over a decade.
