Region's top chefs gather for O.C. March of Dimes auction

The event takes place Thursday at the Newport Beach Marriott.

More than 250 attendees will gather at the Newport Beach Marriott on Thursday for the Orange County March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auction to raise funds for the nonprofit, which supports pregnancy and baby health across the nation.

The event brings together a number of local restaurants and features cocktails, tastings, and a silent and live auction.

Chef Pascal Olhats of Brasserie Pascal will serve as the evening's lead chef. He will be joined by former Hot 25 honorees Jenny Ross of 118 Degrees and Yvon Goetz of The Winery Restaurant & Wine Bar; Eddie Meza of the Anaheim White House; Arturo Briones of Wildfish Seafood Grille; and Rachel Klemek of Marche Noir Foods, among others.

The event begins at 6 p.m. Tickets cost $250 or $2,500 for a table of 10. For more information, visit marchofdimes.com/ca.
