Three O.C. properties named among Top 10 Coolest Beach Homes
No. 1 on the list is 1510 E. Oceanfront in Newport Beach, says Top Ten Real Estate Deals.

Three Orange County properties have been named among Top Ten Real Estate Deals' Coolest Beach Homes.
Coined "Modern Art Meets the Ocean," 1510 E. Oceanfront in Newport Beach came in at No. 1. The home, which boasts a cabana, spa, pool and a saltwater aquarium, according to the site, is priced at $19.5 million.
Further up on the rating is 3 Camel Point Drive in Laguna Beach. The property is No. 6, with a nearly $18 million price tag. It's an "elegant, contemporary home rising above white sandy beaches," says Top Ten.
The final O.C. property, 2555 Altamar Drive in Laguna Beach, ends the list at No. 10. The "jaw-dropping" home is priced at $21.5 million dollars and features five bedrooms and six baths.
Among the others on the list: a $17.5 million property in Malibu and a $26.5 million home in Santa Barbara.
