"The holidays are a particularly difficult time for those who are suffering," says Palmer. "Now more than ever, we are asking the community to remember that every donation, regardless of the size, has a positive impact on our ability to meet the needs of homeless families."
Urgently needed items include perishable and nonperishable food, hygiene products, clothing, laundry detergent and toys, as well as diapers, baby wipes and laundry detergent. Gift cards for grocery stores are also accepted.
Donations can be delivered from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday at the Village of Hope warehouse, which is located at 1 Hope Drive in Tustin.
