Old Guys Rule launches Muhammad Ali line

The collection will be available online and in stores starting April 15.

San Clemente-based Old Guys Rule has inked a deal with Muhammad Ali Enterprises to launch a Muhammad Ali Legends T-shirt collection. Proceeds will benefit the Muhammad Ali Center in Louisville, Ky.

Priced at $19.99, the shirts come in three styles that are available in charcoal or black. Each feature an iconic image and one of the three most-famous Ali sayings – “Float Like a Butterfly, Sting Like a Bee,” “I Am the Greatest” and “It’s Not Bragging if You Can Back It Up.” The collection will be available online at oldguysrule.com and at retailers starting April 15.

Old Guys Rule’s Legends line originated in 2008 with a collection honoring John Wayne.

“Muhammad Ali was the logical choice to extend the Old Guys Rule Legends line,” said Old Guys Rule Founder Don Craig, who was named to OC METRO’s Hot 25 list last year. “Throughout his life and career, Ali has demonstrated strength, courage and determination.  Rather than letting considerable challenges slow him down, Ali continues to persevere and inspire, and in turn has become one of our generation’s greatest humanitarians.”

Craig launched Old Guys Rule as a T-shirt company in 2003. Since then, Old Guys Rule has become a lifestyle brand worn by men around the world with interest that range from surfing and golf to hot rods and grilling.
