![]() According to the 2009 Real Estate Top 400 Professionals list, compiled by the Wall Street Journal and Lore Magazine, the McMonigle team – a Coldwell Banker residential broker based in Newport Beach – sold more than $485 million in luxury homes last year. The No. 2 spot was earned by Carrie Chiang, The Corcoran Group/NTR in New York. Chaing sold $505 million. Mac Mackensie, an Irvine-based Coldwell Banker team, ranked No. 82, with sales of more than $75 million. Click here for the top 100 sales teams nationally. The list of the top 100 agents by sales volume included Sean Stanfield, of Huntington Beach-based First Team Real Estate. Stanfield reported selling $130 million as a single agent last year and was ranked No. 19 nationally. The Wall Street Journal / LORE Top 400 is compiled from a survey of some 7,000 brokerage firms with results verified independently and ranks the nation’s top sellers in four different categories to create four different lists.
