Lake Forest-based Pardis Group is expanding its executive and management coaching, business planning and operation analysis divisions to include the Middle East, particularly, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Dubai, in addition to expanding services in the United States.

Dubai is the most populous city of the seven UAE and the second largest in physical geography. Most of the emirates’ revenues are derived from tourism, real estate and financial services.

“Dubai is a hub in the Middle East and many American corporations are based there,” says Kamran Khosravi, principal of Pardis Group. “Also, the workforce is made up largely by South Asian nationals and there is much attention paid to the labor and human rights issues regarding that population.”

Khosravi is a nationally recognized mortgage banker and internationally recognized business coach and speaker with 13 years in the industry.
