Prudential rebrands commercial brokerage operation
New name, leadership at Prudential Commercial Real Estate.

Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services Inc. is renovating its operation in an attempt to increase its presence in the commercial real estate marketplace. The Irvine-based company has rebranded its commercial brokerage franchise division and has also appointed Mike McLean as vice president of the division.
The company said its commercial real estate affiliate network will now operate as Prudential Commercial Real Estate and will have McLean at the helm.
"In today’s volatile marketplace, it’s essential to have seasoned leadership in place as we navigate the current real estate downturn and prepare for its inevitable upswing,” says Lou Gonzalez, senior vice president of sales and service operations for Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services. “Mike McLean’s appointment to head up our commercial division is an important step in sharpening our strategic focus and his industry experience is vital as we redefine our marketplace positioning."
