Seven cities are among the locations for Realtor.com’s latest list of the top 10 most-searched properties in Orange County. While no single area holds a majority of the properties, the range shows a general interest in coastal regions.

Six of the homes listed are located in San Clemente, Huntington Beach, Newport Beach or Laguna Beach. Irvine, Costa Mesa and Orange make up the difference. Three of the listings are in walking distance to a beach or the Back Bay, and two homes feature ocean views.

No. 1 on the list is 424 Avenida Salvador in San Clemente, which is priced at $550,000.

The median list price last week was $639,000, and while all the properties are within 20 percent of the number, only two properties – one in Costa Mesa and another in Newport – cost more.
