Santa Ana-based RiverRock Real Estate Group, a leading commercial real estate services firm, was awarded the management assignment for two class-A office properties in Newport Beach and Santa Ana. These new contracts bring the company’s management portfolio to more than 12 million square feet, with a value topping $2.5 billion.

The properties are located at 100 Bayview and 3 MacArthur Place, and total 563,819 square feet and the assignments grew from the company’s existing relationships and comprehensive platform of owner services.

“We work directly with ownership to develop customized management strategies based on customer service, tenant retention and cost controls to preserve capital and maximize cash flow,” says John Combs, president of RiverRock Real Estate Group. “In a down cycle, it’s critical that owners partner with experienced managers that understand cost containment, while keeping the building in market ready condition.”
