L.A.’s Rolling Greens Nursery comes to Orange County
The iconic home and garden boutique features unique furniture and plant accents

Los Angeles-based Rolling Greens Nursery, a home and garden store, has opened its third location, in Costa Mesa, at South Coast Collection (SoCo) this month. Founded in 1974, Rolling Greens currently is found in two locations, Culver City and L.A. The company offers live and artificial plants, home décor, antique pieces and a unique variety of accents.
SoCo’s environmentally conscious atmosphere is the ideal location to capture Rolling Greens’ outdoorsy theme with its live-plant wall and salvaged greenhouse, among other recycled features. Local Orange County painter Jeff Peters is working with Rolling Greens to create a unique botanical art installation.
Costa Mesa consumers will enjoy the Arrangement Bar, where they can build their own personalized plant arrangements with the help of Rolling Greens’ “baristas.” The bar will be used to showcase the store’s monthly “learn + grow” and “learn + craft” workshops.
Award-winning landscape designer and creative consultant, Greg Salmeri, is the owner and proprietor of Rolling Greens. With the support of Angela Hicks, the store’s creative director, Rolling Greens has harvested numerous design honors including “Excellence in Visual Merchandising & Display” from the Retail Excellence Awards. The home and garden boutique was also coined one of the “Top 50 Retail Stars of 2012” by Home Accents Today.
Rolling Greens at SoCo is now open to the public and will host an exclusive VIP invite-only grand opening to take place in September. The new locale is at 3315-A Highland Ave.
