Even restaurants based on classic, nostalgic concepts need to update their image every now and again. Ruby’s Diner is no exception. The 1940’s inspired diner that originated on the Newport Beach pier continues to grow with the opening of its 31st location in Southern California.

The new Ruby’s MotoDiner is located near the entrance of the Edwards Irvine Spectrum 21 Cinemas in Irvine Spectrum Center. The MotoDiner concept maintains the trademark ambiance of Ruby’s Diners while providing a new, more relaxed, movie and motorcycle-inspired atmosphere.

The new “enhanced” menu focuses on Ruby’s classic fare while introducing more innovative entrees that are more tailored to the tastes of stylish and active Southern Californians.

Ruby’s Diner offers full breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert menus with a variety of choices.

“Irvine Spectrum Center is one of the premier lifestyle shopping centers in California and this was the perfect location to debut our new design and menu features at the MotoDiner,” says Doug Cavanaugh, co-founder, CEO and chairman of the Ruby Restaurant Group. “We are excited to expand our brand in Southern California, particularly since Ruby’s has been based in Orange County for more than 25 years.”
