SYSPRO ranked among Top 5 ERP firms
The Costa Mesa-based software firm is recognized in Consumer Goods Technology Magazine

Consumer Goods Technology Magazine (CGT) has named Costa Mesa-based SYSPRO among its top five enterprise resource planning (ERP) firms, a first for the software services provider. The magazine’s readers participated in a survey to vote for the companies that best met user requirements, offer innovative techniques and incorporate governmental regulations.
“SYSPRO ERP customer retention rates are among the highest in the industry, indicative of the software’s ability to achieve operational efficiencies and production gains as well as facilitate governmental requirements,” said President Joey Benadretti.
The ballot consisted of ten technology and service categories that were determined by the feedback CGT executives receive from hundreds of companies.
“The [list for each category] was determined by assigning each company a combined score that consists of the sheer number of votes weighed against their average customer satisfaction rating,” according to CGT. “The companies that received the highest combined scores in each category were then ranked accordingly.”
