Saywitz closes one of O.C.'s largest industrial leases of the year
The Newport Beach firm inked the deal for a Florida furnishings manufacturer.

With the closing of one of the largest industrial leases in the county so far this year, Florida-based World of Décor will relocate its Southern California regional headquarters from Downey to Anaheim.
The Saywitz Co., based in Newport Beach, negotiated the lease on a new 106,000-square-foot building at 2040 S. State College Blvd., inside the Platinum Triangle near Angels Stadium.
The new facility – scheduled to open this month – will serve as a showroom and distribution facility for the home-furnishings manufacturer’s Los Angeles and Orange County operations.
