St. Joseph System's CEO named among Top 25 Women in Healthcare
Deborah Proctor earned the honor from Modern Healthcare magazine.

Modern Healthcare magazine has named St. Joseph Health System's President and CEO Deborah Proctor among this year’s Top 25 Women in Healthcare. The biennial honor is given to female executives who have significantly contributed to improvements in the health-care industry.
Proctor secured her spot out of more than 320 nominations because of her outstanding management of the Orange-based St. Joseph Health System, her mentoring relationships with other female executives and her role as a leader in the community.
“I am grateful and humbled to be mentioned in the same breath with these incredible leaders who dedicate themselves every day to the care and service of others,” Proctor said.
Proctor is charged with the supervision of the entire system, including hospitals, community clinics, physician organizations and skilled nursing facilities. She took charge in 2006.
