Summit Office Campus, continued ...

For LaBarre Oksnee the move to Summit was for its employees. The nationwide full-service insurance agency/brokerage firm relocated its corporate headquarters to Summit in early October, signing a five-year deal.

“While we were already based in Aliso Viejo, this was an important move for us to expand into such a high profile campus location," says Scott Oksnee, CEO/founder, LaBarre Oksnee. We’ve known the Parkers for some time and we were familiar with their vision. This move was about providing an even better work environment for our employees. They’re a critical part of our success and this location is conducive to the company culture we’ve created. Plus the surrounding amenities are an added benefit."

Parker Properties and RREEF Alternative Investments have confirmed that both of the four-story buildings that comprise the newest 260,000-square-foot Phase V of Summit Office Campus, 20 Enterprise and 30 Enterprise, are now Silver LEED certified.

“There is great value for businesses locating to a sustainable office environment," said Lee Redmond, CEO, Parker Properties. "We know it’s remained an important commitment for companies such as Marvell, AJ Gallagher, Pacific Life, and Bausch & Lomb who operate at Summit. These companies value the performance of their operations both inside and outside and appreciate what a green workplace means for their employees."
