Pentagon deploys use of two T3 Motion vehicles
The Costa Mesa-based company’s Electric Stand-up Vehicles help reduce costs and environmental impact.

The Pentagon has purchased two of Costa Mesa-based T3 Motion Inc.’s Electric Stand-up Vehicles – or ESVs.
As headquarters to the Department of Defense, the Pentagon employs some 23,000 individuals, spans six ZIP codes and houses approximately 17.5 miles of corridors. The purchase from T3 will help the Pentagon’s efforts to reduce costs and its overall environmental impact.
"I am incredibly proud and honored that the T3 Series is assisting the Department of Defense with their safety and clean-energy initiatives," said T3 Motion CEO Ki Nam. “The T3 Series is already in use by the CIA, FBI, Defense Logistic Agency, U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force, and U.S. Marine Corps, as well as other foreign governments such as France, Mexico, Canada and other Middle East countries. The Pentagon is a high-profile security opportunity for the T3 Series, with daily visibility and command presence for 23,000 military and civilian employees, and represents a significant opportunity to showcase T3 Motion's cutting-edge, clean-energy vehicle."
