T3 Motion Vehicles signed a deal with Singapore Grand Prix Pte Ltd. to provide $100,000 worth of security vehicles for this year’s Singapore Grand Prix Formula 1 race. The Costa Mesa-based clean energy personal vehicle company is known for its ability to provide security vehicles for high traffic events such as the Tour de France, the World Cup in South Africa, the Rose Parade, the Super Bowl – and now the Grand Prix.
“We are pleased that our T3 Series ESV has been selected as the vehicle of choice for the Singapore Grand Prix,” said Ki Nam, CEO of T3 Motion.”
The event, which boasts sold-out crowds of more than 110,000, provides interesting challenges for security that T3 Vehicles hopes to solve. In order to ease the challenges of the route for race officials, T3 ESV models will help security personnel maneuver around various high-traffic areas. The $100,000 purchase is another tribute to the success of the vehicle, according to company reps.
