TechSpace to open new office space in Costa Mesa

The new location is the company’s second in Orange County and sixth in the nation

TechSpace Holding Co., a national office space and technology services firm, is expanding its presence in Orange County, opening its newest office location in Costa Mesa this summer.

TechSpace Costa Mesa will occupy 30,000  square feet and three floors of the California Bank & Trust Building . The new location is expected to open its doors during the summer and will be the company’s sixth office in the country, following Aliso Viejo, Los Angeles, and New York City locations.

Offering 50 office suites and 150 workspaces, modern workstation furniture, mailroom and service centers, advanced telecommunications, and reception services, the new facilities are designed to give companies the opportunity to grow and preserve capital, keeping overhead to a minimum. The new office is located near the South Coast Plaza metro area of Costa Mesa, close to John Wayne Airport and the 55, 73 and 405 freeways, within easy commuting distance of Santa Ana, Costa Mesa, Irvine, and Newport Beach.

TechSpace Costa Mesa will showcase configured floor plans promoting worker productivity in a collaborative environment. The space will include interconnecting and scalable offices, fully equipped conference rooms, and various business services. Advanced on-site technology will provide workers with enterprise-class, Tier 1 IT infrastructure complete with a private, fire walled date network, Internet connectivity, voice telecommunications, and e-mail, web, and application hosting services.
