TechSpace Holding Co., a national office space and technology services firm, is expanding its presence in Orange County, opening its newest office location in Costa Mesa this summer.
TechSpace Costa Mesa will occupy 30,000 square feet and three floors of the California Bank & Trust Building . The new location is expected to open its doors during the summer and will be the company’s sixth office in the country, following Aliso Viejo, Los Angeles, and New York City locations.

The new office is located near the South Coast Plaza metro area of Costa Mesa, close to John Wayne Airport and the 55, 73 and 405 freeways, within easy commuting distance of Santa Ana, Costa Mesa, Irvine, and Newport Beach.
