TechSpace, the nation’s leading provider of flexible, innovative “alternative office spaces” that come equipped with integrated technology, round-the-clock security and Tier 1 IT infrastructure, has signed a one-year agreement with El Segundo-based Pure Video Networks Inc.

The special interest publishing company will be expanding with its action sports media property GrindTV; the networks offices will be at TechSpace in Aliso Viejo.

The Aliso Viejo TechSpace is particularly advantageous as Orange County is considered to be the hub of the action sports industry.

In addition to state-of-the-art office space, technology and security, TechSpace provides workstation furniture, mailroom and service center, advanced telecommunications systems, full Internet connectivity and reception services included with the space.

“By providing a highly flexible, low-commitment alternative to traditional office space, TechSpace offers companies like GrindTV the ability to conduct and grow their businesses without making a long-term commitment to occupancy nor a capital investment in the space,” says Victor Memenas, CEO for TechSpace. “We are pleased that GrindTV has found TechSpace to be a sound solution for office space that accommodates its needs.”
