As an international designer and producer of trade-show displays, Absolute Exhibits deems itself a “single-resource exhibit house.” And since catching the eyes of passers-by is what the creative team does best, it stands to reason the company would want a work space that commands the same kind of attention.
So when the company announced plans to move its Orange offices to Tustin, the expectations were great. The company secured a tilt-up building with a mezzanine that had been converted to 2-story condos. After 9 months of renovation, the company moved into the new facility, which now boasts rounded, faux-leather walls, leopard-print carpet and red accents. “Since it’s our business to grab attention, we felt our offices should do the same,” says Matt Hartline, senior design engineer. “We want to show clients we can be edgy, even over-the-top, but we can shade down for each individual client’s business and taste.” |
