Teridian Semiconductor Corp., an energy circuit design and manufacturing company, announced its membership today in The Green Grid, a global association geared toward advancing energy efficiency in business computer systems and data centers.

Through the membership, The Green Grid will provide the corporation with industrywide recommendations on best practices and technologies that will allow Teridian to more effectively supply and develop products for its customers.

“We are pleased to be a member of The Green Grid and look forward to playing an active role with other technology leaders in the improvement of energy efficiency globally,” says Gerald Fitch, the company's president and CEO.

By joining the association, Teridian aims to help The Green Grid influence both developers and users of data center technology.

Teridian designs, sells and provides engineering support for its mixed-signal integrated circuits, used in energy and automation, networking, and secure access systems.
