Black Friday
Fashion Island
Retail destination Fashion Island in Newport Beach will open at 10 a.m. on Black Friday. However, select stores throughout the center are opening early in true Black Friday tradition.
Macy’s: 5 a.m.-11 p.m.
Dick’s: 5 a.m.-10 p.m.
Bloomingdale’s: 8 a.m.-10 p.m.
Neiman Marcus: 9 a.m.-8 p.m.
Irvine Spectrum Center
Select stores throughout the Irvine Spectrum Center are featuring earlier hours or special sales and promotions to kick off the start of the holiday shopping season on Friday. Shops such as Macy’s, Target, Urban Outfitters and PacSun are opening their doors at 5 a.m. Oakley is getting the day started at 6 a.m., and Active Ride Shop is opening at 7 a.m. Deals include:
Oakley: Oakley is offering a $10 coupon good toward a future purchase with every $50 spent Nov. 27 through Nov. 29. Coupons are redeemable Dec. 14 through March 31.
Quicksilver: Nov. 27 through Nov. 29, shoppers receive $20 off any purchase of $100 or more, $30 off a purchase of $150 or more and $50 off a purchase of $200 or more. Hard goods are not included.
South Coast Plaza
South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa is featuring Day after Thanksgiving promotions from high-end, exclusive shops such as Henri Bendel, Armani Exchange, Michael Kors and Versace. Deals include:
Henri Bendel: The store is offering 40 percent off on knit hats, scarves, gloves and its signature bath and body collection, as well as 25 percent off on other select goods.
Hours: 8 a.m.-10 p.m.
Armani Exchange: The shop is opening much earlier than usual in an attempt to draw in high-end consumers looking to get their shopping done early.
Hours: 5 a.m.-10 p.m.
PureBeauty: The shop is holding a happy hour between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. with a 15 percent discount throughout the entire store.
Hours: 10 a.m.-9 p.m.
Hugo Boss: Shoppers receive 20 to 30 percent off select items.
Hours: 8 a.m.-10 p.m.
Michael Kors: The shop is providing new markdowns on its first fall delivery, as well as holiday gift-wrapping.
Hours: 8 a.m.-10 p.m.
Versace: Guests to the store receive complimentary champagne from noon until 5 p.m.
Hours: 8 a.m.-10 p.m.
