Torelli Realty, Ingram Co. team up
Two Costa Mesa-based firms partner to provide all-inclusive homebuying experience.

Costa Mesa-based Torelli Realty and Ingram Co. – also in Costa Mesa – are moving forward with plans to offer an all-inclusive homebuying experience to customers.
Torelli, an independent real estate firm that works with buyers and sellers exclusively within the city, and Ingram, a full-service residential mortgage lender, have worked with mutual clients for a number of years. Ingram has moved into Torelli's headquarters, and it will provide in-house residential financing services to individuals who need mortgage help.
It's a big step for Torelli, as the move marks the company's entry into the mortgage lending sector.
“We ... determined that offering lending services in addition to our highly qualified realtors will provide a comprehensive experience and enable Torelli Realty to educate our clients in every step of the homebuying process, from securing a loan to closing escrow,” says Valerie Torelli, president and founder of the firm.
