UCI School of Law, continued ...

Tuition – including professional fees and other campus requirements – for the class beginning in 2010–2011 school year is expected to be about $40,000 for in-state students and about $50,000 for those out of state.

The university expects to accept 80 students to the class of 2013 as the school slowly expands to its ultimate goal of 200 students per class. All students in the class of 2013 are also guaranteed on-campus housing at UC Irvine, though they will be responsible for their own housing and living expenses. Other forms of financial aid will also be available to help cover tuition costs and other expenses.

UCI School of Law seeks to create a premier law school by creating an optimum job of training lawyers for the practice of law at the highest levels of the profession. The law school's innovative curriculum stresses hands-on learning, interdisciplinary study and public service.
