![]() Direct Marketing for Nonprofit Fundraising will help students determine the best strategies for raising money and how to translate them to meet their organizations’ financial needs and goals. “With the number of nonprofits growing, coupled with tough economic conditions, it is increasingly more difficult to persuade potential donors to contribute,” says Samta Jain, instructor and president of United Direct Marketing in Orange County Jain will share her expertise in full-service direct marketing. Additionally, participants will gain an understanding of the theory and techniques used to plan, create and implement a direct marketing plan, including strategic planning, database creation, donor acquisition, retention and production. Multi-channel campaigns such as direct mail and e-mail will be covered, with the principals easily translatable to phone programs as well.
