The conference will discuss words often associated with eco-friendly practices such as zero-energy design, photovoltaics, hybrid technology and carbon offsets, and aims to turn these words into practical, useful and effective business practices. It will feature two breakout sessions will local business people who will share their stories, an exhibition with environmentally innovative products and a lunch catered by Bon Appétit. The conference runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Jan. 30. Students in Free Enterprise is an international nonprofit organization working with business and higher education to provide economic opportunities through community outreach programs.
