Veteran real estate broker launches new firm
Louis Tomaselli’s 360 Commercial Partners represents international corporate investors, developers.

Longtime commercial real estate broker Louis Tomaselli has launched 360 Commercial Partners, an Irvine-based firm that represents international corporate investors and developers looking to buy, sell, lease or develop industrial and office properties.
“Today’s increasingly dynamic marketplace demands a sea change in the way commercial real estate is done,” Tomaselli says. “Our company has been thoughtfully and intentionally designed from the ground up to help clients navigate the increasingly complex and changeable waters of the commercial real estate market.”
Prior to founding 360 Commercial Partners, Tomaselli was Senior Vice President of Voit Commercial Brokerage in Anaheim. During his 23 years Voit, he consistently ranked among the company’s top five producers.
Economic times have been rough for the commercial real estate industry, but Tomaselli sees that as a source of inspiration. “Commercial real estate is in a down cycle, but that opens the doors for those who can be nimble and create and seize opportunities, which is what we’re doing at 360 Commercial Properties,” he says.
