Irvine’s award-winning master planned communities have a new website to promote home sales at the six villages. The interactive website, VillagesofIrvine.com, features information about all of the new residential neighborhoods available to homebuyers in the Orange County city, which ranks among the most desirable places to live in the U.S.

The website includes information about the Villages of Laguna Altura, Portola Springs, Stonegate, Stonegate East, Woodbury and Woodbury East. Homes range in price from the low $300,000s to over $1 million.

Information is available on the different models of homes that are offered, the amenities available in the different villages, and a map showing the proximity of schools, parks, golf courses, shopping and entertainment. Search features allow users to identify the criteria they’re looking for in a new home.

Tom Veal, vice president of Residential Sales and Marketing for the Irvine Co.’s Community Development, said that the new website makes it easy for those shopping for a home in Irvine to instantly find all the important information they need in one place.

“From purchasing information to new home searches, researching different homebuilders and information on the benefits of living in America’s premier master-planned community, Irvine, this content-rich site is organized in a way that makes the search easy, interesting and enjoyable,” Veal said

The website identifies many benefits of buying a home in Irvine, and specifically, in one of the villages. The communities are located near schools, offer a number of architectural options and a range of prices, and include “resort-style amenities” such as athletic centers, pools and community centers. The villages are also planned to offer quiet and safe child-friendly neighborhood environments, perfect for families.

Readers Feedback:

I think this is a good thing. More information is good so that people can make informed decisions. Now is up to the site to market itself well so that people actually find the information.
