Vizio earns customer satisfaction nod from J.D Power and Associates

Vizio awarded “Highest in Customer Satisfaction with HDTVs” by the prestigious global consumer ratings firm

Irvine’s leading high definition television company, VIZIO was awarded “Highest in Customer Satisfaction with HDTV’s” by global marketing firm J.D. Power and Associates. VIZIO received the recognition by ranking highest in six categories, which include performance and reliability, ease of operating, competitiveness of price, styling and appearance, variety of features, and warranty.

“We’re thrilled to add such a well-respected award to our accolades,” said Matt McRae, VIZIO’s chief technology officer. “The ‘Highest in Customer Satisfaction in HDTVs’ ranking from J.D. Power and Associates is a demonstration of the superior HDTVs that put us on the map. We’re excited to continue developing products that place the latest quality technologies in consumers’ hands.”

After emerging in 2002, VIZIO is providing consumers with the latest in advanced technology, innovation and performance. Over the years VIZIO has branched out by expanding its product line-ups by introducing the VIZIO Thin + Light, an ultra-lightweight computer, the All-in-One premier desktop and the VIZIO Co-Star, a stream player with Google TV that turns HDTV into a “smart” TV.

Vizio contributes its high marks in customer service to Dakota Dunes Contact Center for its leading role in maintaining brand satisfaction. The center understands Vizio’s technology and troubleshooting explanations, so it’s able to help customers in need of assistance by taking phone calls and online chats.
