Voit Real Estate directs $4.5 million office purchase
The company's Irvine office completed the acquisition for non-profit organization

Voit Real Estate Services in Irvine has completed the $4.5 million dollar acquisition of an office building in the MacArthur Center on behalf of the Radha Soami Society Beas America Corporation.
The purchaser plans to use the property, originally built as a medical condo project, as a church for its non-denominational religious organization, the Radha Soami Satsang Beas.
“Our client had very specific requirements, and we drew upon our knowledge of the Orange County market to provide an out-of-the-box solution with this high quality office building, said Voit Senior Associate Skyler Serrano. “The property meets the client’s needs exactly by providing enough space for group seating, and a high parking ratio.”
The previously bank-owned office is a 34,006-square-foot property; office buildings larger than 30,000-square-feet are a rare find in the Orange County real estate market, especially at a lower bank-owned price point, according to Serrano.
“There were several very interested parties ready to make offers on the building when we began our negotiations, but we worked quickly to secure this property for our client,” said Serrano.
