Voit negotiates $2.36 million sale on Fountain Valley property
The 20,360-square-foot site will become the new headquarters for KB Sheetmetal.

Newport Beach-based Voit Real Estate Services has completed a $2.36 million sale of a 20,360-square-foot industrial property in Fountain Valley that will serve as the new headquarters for KB Sheetmetal Inc., a leading resource for sheetmetal fabrication, tube-blending and CNC machining.
Greg Velastegui, a senior vice president from Voit’s Irvine office, represented the seller – 24-7 Internet Inc., which offers CD and DVD distributing services.
“We identified a buyer that would benefit from the free-standing, owner-user manufacturing facility,” Velastegui said. “The building, which offers a rare 2,800 amps of power, was the right fit for KB Sheetmetal.”
Voit Real Estate Services maintains 10 offices and boasts 39 years of expertise in property management, investment advisory, financial analysis and brokerage, among other services.
