Voit directs sale of 47,815-square-foot property in Irvine
This is the largest office investment deal in O.C. this year, says Voit.

Newport Beach-based Voit Real Estate Services' Commercial Brokerage division recently directed the sale of the 47,815-square-foot Safari Technology Park in Irvine.
This is the largest office investment sale in Orange County this year, according to the company.
Edison Spectrum Partners, which had owned and maintained the property (right) since its completion in 2002, sold the park to GFE Goddard Investment LLC. Voit has not released the amount of the transaction.
The Safari Technology Park offers three two-story tilt-up office buildings with a total of 12 suites. It is located at 300 to 320 Goddard Way, two miles from Irvine Spectrum Center.
