Voit closes sale of Safari Technology Park, continued ...
The firm credits the buyer and seller for the success of the sale, especially during today's tough economic climate.
"This significant investment sale was able to close in a market when investment sales have become increasingly scarce,” says Michael Hartel, senior vice president of Voit Commercial Brokerage's Irvine office.
Hartel, Dan Vittone and Alan Pekarcik represented Edison Spectrum Partners, and Richard Pincott of CB Richard Ellis in Newport Beach represented GFE Goddard Investment LLC.
Voit Real Estate Services' Commercial Brokerage division specializes in the sales and leasing of office, industrial and retail properties, as well as investment property transactions. The commercial brokerage arm has offices in Irvine, Anaheim, San Diego and Las Vegas.
