Transaction No. 2:
BIVAR Inc., a manufacturer of PCB assembly and
packaging hardware, optoelectronics and LED assemblies, has signed a
five-year lease on a 26,070 square-foot industrial property for $1.5
million. The property is located at 4 Thomas in the city of Irvine, in
close proximity to the Irvine Spectrum Center.
Transaction No 3:
Aero-Med Ltd., a medical and dental supplies
distribution company, has signed a five-year lease on a 36,837
square-foot industrial property for $839,922 in Santa Ana. The company
expanded their current West Coast operation from Nevada.
Transaction No. 4:
Nasco
Gourmet Foods, a food production and distributing company, has signed a
lease on a 70,000 square-foot industrial building with 100-percent
freezer space for an undisclosed amount in Ontario. During its
expansion Nasco Gourmet Foods will continue to operate its two
facilities totaling 58,000 square feet in Corona and Yorba Linda.
