Volt Workforce Solutions earns industry honor
The recruitment company is recognized for social responsibility and military hiring program

The American Staffing Association (ASA) has awarded Volt Workforce Solutions, a recruitment and staffing services company under Volt Information Science, the 2012 Care Award for its corporate responsibility programs.
Volt’s enhancements to its Military Heroes Program led to the recognition, earning Volt the ASA Care Award for the second time.
“It is with a great deal of pride that Volt accepts this honor once again from the American Staffing Association for our employment efforts on behalf of America’s military veterans,” said Jerry Shaw, executive vice president of Volt Information Sciences, Inc. “Volt remains committed to honor the service and sacrifice of the men and women of our military with all the assistance and support they require to ensure their transition to successful civilian careers.”
Since it launched in 2009, Volt’s Military Heroes Program has provided career support and job opportunities for military veterans returning to the workforce.
