Wahoo's Fish Taco expands to New York City
The new locale is offering six beers from a Brooklyn brewer.

New Yorkers will finally get their chance to enjoy Wahoo’s Fish Taco. The Orange County-based restaurant chain has expanded to the East Coast by opening up shop in the heart of the Big Apple.
Wahoo's will serve up its famous fish tacos and will also offer six beers on tap from a local Brooklyn brewer. The location, showcases the signature Wahoo’s surf-culture environment: It is fitted with ocean decor, but at the same time mixes in a few artsy surfboards, skateboards and snowboards.
The owners say that the Park Ave. South restaurant, located about a block from Union Square, is only the first of many Wahoo's to open on the East Coast.
Back at home, the newest Wahoo’s in the county is located in Old Town Orange. The three brothers, who founded Wahoo's back in 1988, have renovated the first hotel in the city, the Vineland Home, which was built in 1886, to serve up its tasty menu.
