TRX is a suspension training system designed to use “all core, all the time.” Nylon straps are hung from overhead, and you use your body for leverage. The difficulty of the various moves is dictated by the angle that your body is positioned. Randy Hetrick, a former Navy SEAL who served on a submarine, developed the system.
