Wonderland Bakery featured on ABC's 'The View'
The Newport Beach-based bakery is expanding nationwide – and Whoopi Goldberg has noticed.

Wonderland Bakery, which specializes in whimsical gifts and baked goods, received recognition on ABC's morning talk show "The View," which aired this morning. During a tasting of four gingerbread cookies, co-host Whoopi Goldberg declared Wonderland's cookies to be her favorite.
Viewers were directed to Wonderland Bakery's Web site, and within 30 minutes of the airing, the company reported more than 5,000 hits.
But this is only a little of what Wonderland Bakery is up to. The company recently released its Bake Memories at Home Dessert Collection, which features red velvet, double fudge brownies and other tasty treats that children and families can bake on their own. And it's set to provide cookies for President-elect Barack Obama's Inaugural dinner in January.
The bakery is also working on a nationwide expansion in retail, airport and concierge locations. These spots will include bake-at-home mixes, aprons, tea sets, cupcake purses, clothing and stuffed animals.
