Workplace Confidential launches in Laguna Beach
International consultant creates one-stop resource-management Web site for C-level executives.

Nationally renowned organizational consultant Mitch Rosenberg, Ph.D. announced last week that he is drawing upon his thirty years of experience as a CEO and international executive coach to create Workplace Confidential (workplace-confidential.com).
With this Laguna Beach-based online resource, Rosenberg will address business management issues generated by unprecedented and rapid changes in both the economy and the workplace.
“Most consultants will tell you what they think you want to hear. I tell you what I think you need to hear,” said Rosenberg, founder of Workplace Confidential. “There is a fundamental change going on in organizations today. In order to be best in class, we must maximize our most important organizational asset … our people.”
