A Snail's Pace garners nationwide recognition
The Fountain Valley-based shop is named among the 50 Best Running Stores in America for the fifth consecutive year.

Fountain Valley-based A Snail’s Pace has landed among the 50 Best Running Stores in America for the fifth consecutive year.
The company is the only shop of its kind in Southern California to garner this honor for the past five years – and it's among four finalists in the running for store of the year.
The winner will be announced at The Running Event, which will be held in Austin, Texas on Nov. 17.
“(We) are very proud to have been named one of the Top 50 Running Stores for five consecutive years, and to be one of the finalists for Running Store of the Year is an incredible honor," said Dave Reynolds, who co-owns A Snail's Pace with Eddie Johnson.
The top 50 stores are selected through a yearlong evaluation process that scores a shop's operations, customer service and relationship with the community.
"We want to thank our hard working and dedicated employees and our loyal customers for helping us achieve this prestigious award,” said Reynolds.
A Snail's Pace has local stores in Fountain Valley, Laguna Hills and Brea.
