American Sports Centers expands
Irvine's 360 Commercial Partners completes a 15-year lease deal at Anaheim Distribution Center.

Irvine-based 360 Commercial Partners has completed a 15-year industrial lease agreement that allows American Sports Centers to increase its facility space at 1500 S. Anaheim Blvd. by about 100,000 square feet.
Through the deal, the sports venue will expand from its
146,000-square-foot space into a 242,000-square-foot building within the
Anaheim Distribution Center – a property that includes two facilities
totaling about 515,000 square feet.
“This new long-term lease allows us to extend our commitment to the
region’s sports enthusiasts with an even larger indoor sports complex to
serve more than 700,000 players and their families each year," said
Mike Gallups, president of the facility.
American Sports Centers is the largest indoor facility of its kind in the nation; the venue supports club volleyball, basketball, soccer and gymnastics programs. And, the USA Men's and Women's National Volleyball teams are housed at the facility.
360 Commercial Partners Managing Partner Louis Tomaselli calls the transaction a "trifecta" for the property owner, American Sports Centers and the city of Anaheim.
The full-service commercial real estate brokerage represented an undisclosed investment customer of BlackRock Inc. in the deal.
“Our firm engineered a lease that achieved both the landlord’s and tenant’s objectives, while providing the residents of the city of Anaheim – and Orange County – with an expanded state-of-the-art indoor sports facility,” said Tomaselli.
