400 autos hit the block at Barrett-Jackson Collector Car Auction

About 400 customs, classics, hot rods and original models hit the block during the long-anticipated Barrett-Jackson Collector Car Auction, which was held June 25-27 at the Orange County fairgrounds. With total sales of more than $15 million, the inaugural event featured cars such as a 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS 454 Convertible, which went for $253,000, and a 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS Custom Coupe, drawing in $250,000.
