BDS Marketing Inc., a sales and marketing agency based in Irvine, has partnered with Consumer Impact Marketing (CIM) of Canada, with the goal of widening their scope in the US and Canada. The companies anticipate that this merger will allow for an expansion of services while still maintaining personal client relationships, according to company reps.
Through this partnership, BDS and CIM hope to utilize each other’s marketing strategies and resources such as CIM’s “Last 3 Feet” approach. Together, the companies are comprised of 600 full-time and 6,400 part-time employees. “By combining our cultures and robust services portfolios, we’ll offer our clients unparalleled capabilities with the scale and efficiency needed to compete in today’s marketplace without sacrificing our personality and the kind of relationships that have kept our clients loyal for over 25 years,” said BDS CEO and Founder, Mark Dean.
Both BDS and CIM now offer sales management, brand strategy and creative promotions, training and learning solutions, market development, performance selling, merchandising and marketing analytics.
“Together we bring an exciting dynamic to the retail and shopper marketing landscape. Our ability to connect buyers, sellers and brands to influence purchase decisions combined with an approach to measurement and insights creates unique solutions for the marketplace,” said Mike Britton, CIM President.
