Steven Klebe, vice president of business development and strategy for BilltoMobile, holds more than 30 years of experience in sales, business development, strategic alliances and product marketing in electronic payments, authentication and fraud prevention. He has specialized in e-commerce for 18 years. Souheil Badran, First Data Corp.’s senior vice president and general manager of e-commerce solutions, brings to the board his extensive background in the industry and leadership from former positions as president and general manager for Rebtel, and vice president and general manager of international and channel operations at VeriSign. Russell Villemez is the vice president and account chief technology officer capability leader for Enterprise Services at Hewlett-Packard. He also has served as the chief technologist for the Americas region of HP Enterprise Services, and has held positions as partner and chief technology officer at the Feld Group, vice president and chief information officer for Weblink Wireless, and director of enterprise architecture for Sprint.
