Delphi Display Systems Inc., a Costa Mesa-based supplier of drive-thru order confirmation display technology, has obtained the assets to the Fast Track 2+2 product line.  The company hopes the acquisition will improve customer satisfaction with options like digital menu boards, order confirmation and drive-thru timing abilities.

"Delphi is focused on providing our customers with solutions that improve efficiency and profitability in dynamic drive-thru environments. We are excited to add the industry’s most robust timers as part of our new product lineup," said Ken Neeld, President and CEO of Delphi Display Systems.

Delphi tried for several years to integrate the 2+2 into its programs.  The full acquisition of the company will provide that integration, allowing Delphi to have drive-thru timing elements and order confirmation as standard features in its product line. With the new technology restaurant managers and owners can have full visibility of their drive-thru operations. It is the company’s hope that the addition will improve profitability, precision and effectivenes.

"With this acquisition, we will leverage the intellectual property of both companies to continue to drive innovation for our customers while providing them a commitment to superior customer care," Neeld said.
