![]() Under the agreement, Radikal AS, a Norway-based diving equipment designer, will market and sell the Blu Vu rebreather bailout valves, as well as provide support for components and systems, and seek out technology licensing agreements for Deltron. "Deltron is excited to establish an avenue for entry into the European market for rebreathers, which is currently the world's largest," said Henry Larrucea, CEO of the company. Rebreathers are systems that recirculate the gas a diver breathes, removing carbon dioxide and adding oxygen and other gases to replace what is consumed. The products are designed for both commercial and recreational diving, and allow users to descend deeper, stay underwater for a longer period of time and increase productivity. Radikal AS will work with its rebreather original equipment manufactures for sales and marketing efforts, while Blu Vu will supply the products, and Deltron's Elasco manufacturing unit will produce the components, said Larrucea. "This agreement is a win for all parties involved," he finished.
