First Bank honors 2 Orange County-based employees
Susan Montoya of Huntington Beach, Debra Wanbaugh of Newport Beach garner the CRA Community First Awards.

Susan Montoya of Huntington Beach and Debra Wanbaugh of Newport Beach are among the 46 recipients of First Bank's CRA (Community Reinvestment Act) Community First Awards.
The accolade recognizes an employee’s service contributions to CRA-qualified organizations. Montoya, vice president and corporate CRA officer, and Wanbaugh, vice president and branch manager in Newport Beach, received Gold Level Awards for providing at least 100 hours of volunteer service.
In total, the 46 awardees spent 3,530 hours volunteering in their communities; seven received Gold Level Awards.
Additionally, Community First Awards can be earned by volunteering time toward supporting individuals with low-to-moderate incomes.
First Bank has 154 locations in California, Florida, Illinois and Missouri, with assets reaching $7.89 billion.
